To provide this service, the photograph may be transmitted via an API to a third-party technology provider that supplies the artificial intelligence tools required to create the video. This provider processes the information only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant technical operation.

We use uploaded photographs and generated videos to fulfill the relevant order and address related customer service matters. We do not publicly publish or distribute these materials for advertising purposes without appropriate permission.

We store uploaded photographs and generated video files in our working environment only for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.

The retention period depends on the production option selected by the customer, which may provide for a period of 7 or 14 days. If the order is completed earlier, the files may be deleted from our working environment after the completed video has been sent to the customer.

At the end of the relevant processing period, the original photograph and generated files are deleted from our working environment.
Other records, such as order and transaction information, may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or tax requirements, ensure security, or resolve disputes.

Third-party service providers may process or store information in accordance with their applicable terms and technical procedures. Their retention periods may differ from those applicable to our own working environment.
